Complete renovation of the historic courthouse in order to address deferred maintenance and functionality. This project is to address concerns with safety and functionality, as well as retain its historical significance.

Status Updates

1.30.2024 - Interviews with prospective architectural firms are scheduled for February 1, 2024.

11.17.2023 - Architectural proposals were received in September 2023 with limited participation. Purchasing has resubmitted Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and have three (3) potential proposals. Plans are to award architectural in early 2024 and begin construction late 2024.

3.2023 - Roof replaced.
