Energy Efficiency in County Buildings
Proposal for a new HVAC system in the Law Enforcement Center, replacing with new energy efficient to reduce power consumption and save money on energy costs. Included in the proposal is a motor controller installation (variable frequency drive) on existing HVAC responsible for cooling the Forum and the Judicial building. This will allow the unit to run in stages and reduce the amount of power used to run the machine daily. In addition to HVAC upgrades, low efficiency lighting will be replaced with high efficiency, low maintenance lighting in county buildings.
