5.14.2024 - BOC approved a request from Purchasing to approve S & L Integrated Systems, LLC for the upgrades to the audio/visual equipment for two Superior Courtrooms (Court Room B & C) in the amount of $233,460. The remaining required from the County will be paid from 2017 SPLOST Capital Equipment.
2.15.2024 - the Floyd County Board of Commissioners approved a request from Purchasing to approve the purchase of an Airport Ground Power Unit (GPU) for the Airport from Aero Specialties Ground Support Equipment in the amount of $50,485.00 using 2017 SPLOST funds. This vendor submitted a proposal that met our specifications and offers the best pricing for the purchase; also approved a request from Purchasing to approve an addition to the 2024 budget in the amount of $70,250 for a Chevrolet 3500 Crew Cab with a Dump Body.
