Proposal to expand and upgrade the Jail and Mental Health Treatment facilities. This project gives tremendous potential to alleviate the current liability that exists as a result of inadequate structures and facilities. Medical and mental health operations are conducted at the Jail, and there are only four medical cells for the 800 bed facility.

2021 - Completed.
7.8.2019 - Design complete for Phase 1 and 2. Phase 1 construction underway with training facility. Phase 1 & 2 remaining funds will transition sides 5 & 6 to new medical facility.
