Attention Rome + Floyd County Residents:

Annual notices of assessment will be mailed Tuesday, May 14.

The last day to file a written appeal is Friday, June 28.

Please be aware that each property owner should reach out to the Floyd County Assessor's office if they do not receive their notice in a timely manner. Any failure of the USPS to deliver the appropriately mailed notice does not constitute an extension of the appeal deadline.
