TigerFlight Foundation, based at Richard B. Russell Airport in Rome, GA, is a nonprofit foundation leading youth to the dream of flight and providing an opportunity for adults to serve through aviation activities. The TigerFlight Foundation’s mission is to inspire youth and adults to become ‘Pilots in Command’ of their own lives.
EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association)
EAA members represent every aspect of aviation and often have multiple interests. They are considered to be ‘keepers of the flame’ for their passion, camaraderie and the can-do spirit of sharing their love of aviation with others.
AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association)
With hundreds of thousands of members, AOPA is the largest, most influential general aviation association in the world. AOPA has achieved its prominent position through effective advocacy, safety education and training, enlightened leadership, technical competence, and hard work. Providing member services that range from representation at the federal, state, and local levels to legal services, advice, and other assistance, AOPA has built a service organization that far exceeds any other in the aviation community.
Angel Flight’s mission includes: routine treatment flights, compassionate care, and other medical related flights as referred to us by health care providers. The Angel Flight philosophy is that the cost of travel should never stand in the way of people receiving medical care.
Mercy Flight Southeast’s mission is to ‘arrange free flights so children and adults can have access to the far from home doctors that can save their lives.’
Pilots N Paws is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. This site is intended to be a meeting place for those who rescue, shelter or foster animals, and volunteer pilots and plane owners willing to assist with the transportation of animals. It is not the intent of Pilots N Paws to coordinate or arrange those providing these valuable services, but to provide the environment in which those involved can come together in a common place and arrange or schedule rescue flights, overnight foster care or shelter and all other related activities.
The core purpose of the International Aerobatic Club is to promote and enhance the safety and enjoyment of sport aerobatics.
