Brad is a retired Air Force officer with 26 years of service, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  He flew and served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Operation Provide Comfort (1 and 2), Northern Watch and Southern Watch.  Upon retirement, Brad moved back to Floyd County with his wife of more than 31 years and their 3 children.

Brad is currently a pilot with Southwest Airlines and has more than 10,000 total flight hours.

As an Airport Commissioner, Brad hopes to further the expansion and additional development of the Russell Regional Airport to help our local community grow.  As a former Air Chief of Fighter Safety, Brad hopes to help with the enhancement of safe flight operations as it impacts our flying and local communities.
